What have you learned about
organization, collaboration, communication and reflection as part of the
learning process?
a.
Organization includes
time management and self management
-
Time
Management
For time management I think I am level 2 out of 3. I did use my
time wisely and I don’t have problem with it but in some particullar subject I
didn’t really use my time wisely. Though mostly and oftenly I still use my time
wisely when given tasks to do rather than doing them as homeworks. Even though I
could still use my time wisely, but sometimes I still don’t get a full mark or
satisfying score, and this also
happens in a group work. It means I still need to be more independable to use
time wisely to get a full mark and not to upset
group.

Self
Management
For self management I’m in level 2 out of 3. I always set goals
and improvment in order to improve next time when every time I didn’t do well in
an assignment or test. Since self management is about resources understanding
resources gathered, well I understand them and I could
use them to complete my task. However, I still need guidance to evaluate/
indentify the resources. Because I didn’t do well in indentifying/evaluate
resources.

Collobaration includes working in group, accepting
others, personal challenges

Working in
groups
In working with groups I’m
in level 2 out of 3 because sometimes I have a problem working with, it’s either
caused by me or other group member. Sometimes I don’t indenpendantly use my time
wisely (lack of time management) to complete tasks or I don’t put much effort to
participate with my group. But I still could maintain them with my group.
Sometimes in other if I got group that doesn’t like to work hard or lazy, it
would be hard for me to communicate and can’t complete task
easily.

Accepting
others
In accepting others I’m in
level 2 out of 3 because I still could listen and accept a people’s idea , and
try to respect their ideas. However, sometimes there is this people doesn’t give
any idea and sometimes I can’t accept them not being
cooperating.

Personal
challenges
I give myself level 3 out of
3, because I always try to achieve the goal even though there are many conflicts
happening in my group. So I tried to help my group to get through the conflict
and keep going to achieve the goal. I considered it as a
challenges.
c.
Communication includes literacy, being informed,
informing others

Literacy
For literacy I give myself
level 3 out of 3. In an assignment when I research, I read iit first and there
are some words that I’m not familliar it, than I’ll use a google translator to
understand those language by translating it or if that doesn’t works ofcourse a
dictionary. Than I put those words for some variety grammer and
comprehension.

Being
Informed
For being informed I give
myself level 3 out of 3 because I did assess and use available sources and media to aquire information
responsibly. Well sometimes I need to ask the teacher but that is rarely
thou.

Others
I give myself level 2 out of
3 because I didn’t really got a full mark for this. One of it is when I don’t
have a powerpoint or others similliar to ppt, the format wasn’t right. Even
though it doesn’t really matters, but the right format would be better. Also for
bibliography where now we must to make it as MLA, sometimes I didn’t do MLA,
either because there is no time left or forgot it. I even use easybibs for MLA ,
because I can’t cite it perfectly, ans sometimes I give up on
MLA
d.
Reflection includes self awareness, self
evaluation

Awareness
I give myself a level 3 out
of 3, because I was always aware the criticism given by teachers or anyone else
and everytime those critics came out I’ll always try my best to improve myself.
I will actively try to improve myself to get a good score for any subjects being
criticism for me.

Evaluation
I give myself a level 2 out
of 3, because it seems I still need guidance to improve my work. I still also
need to know more about identify learning expectations. The main point
self evaluation is knowing our own mistake and try to improve them, I did try to
improve myself as best as I could. But sometimes it doesn’t really improve al ot
even though I tried my best. But I’ll will still try to do my
best.

Last quarter, you had identified one or more learning skills that you
felt you needed to refine or improve. What have you done since that time to
start the process of making that change and improving that skill, and have you
made progress?
I identify that I need the
skill in organization, and it is time management that I really would need. The
last quarter (q2) I didn’t really use time wisely when given time to do my work,
instead sometime I open inrelavant things or I’m just lazy. So I must to do most
of my assignment last minute or I sleep late. So in last quarter to be organized
with time management I think by myself like a timetable in my head. I think like
a schedule where I could really be serious on doing assignment and doing
anything else, where I learned to be Balance. In this quarter I really know the
meaning of balance, and I tried already use it in my daily life, it works. I
improved my time manage even though sometimes I’m still lazy, but there is still
an improvement being organized of time
management.

Considering your response to question #2, how will you keep up the
effort to improve that skill, after semester is over?
I will keep the effort by
being balance everyday. Atleast I should make a good progress or finish my
assignments first than I can play, eat, sleep, or anything else. Most of the
holidays, I never do assignments, that is why, I would also be balance at
holidays. Especially Saturday (during weekend), most of the day I sleep, eat,
and play in this day, instead doing the assignment in the last day (Sunday). So
will also try to spent my Saturday by doing some works or reviews even thou I
prefer to sleep, chatting, and watch movie the whole day for Saturday.
Sometimes I got bored also at Saturday, maybe that could be the opportunity to
work or review.
