In math quarer 1 I learn about simultaneous quation. I use 3 methods to solve simultaneous equation:
1. Substitution Method
: A method of subtituting the equations to solve it easier.
2x – 3y = –2
4x + y = 24
4x + y = 24
y = –4x + 24
2x – 3(–4x + 24) = –2
2x + 12x – 72 = –2
14x = 70
x = 5
2. Elimination Method
: A method of subituting the equations
4x + 5y = 14
-4x - 3y = -10
4x + 5y = 14
+ -4x - 3y = -10
2y = 4
2y = 4
y = 2
3. Graph Method
: A method by draging lines from graph to solve the equations

Reflection
The method I did really well is elimination method. It was easier for me. I got struggle doing the graph method and substitution method. But after learning more, ask questions, and joinning the math tutorial. I understand more how to the methods. But I did really well in elimination method. I also got struggle in dividing the equations. Sometime the number that get divided will be fraction or decimal.
The IB learner profile in this subject is inquirer because I ask question to get more knowlegde of the methods.
The fundamental concept is communication. Beccause I communicate to my teacher by asking questions if I got confused.
