There are not much big assessment in this quarter 2 English. Though we have a big 5 where we analyse the plot, theme, character, setting, and literary devices from a short story. I did well on all of my big five analysis, but it wasn't a big part of our assessment this quarter. The short story and visual interpretation headlines quarter 2 English. I choose my visual interpretation (criterion B) because I did better on it compared to my short story.

I choose this sample as my best work because I almost reached the maximum score from the criteria and I’m proud for what I’ve done. This assignment is simple, though I put much effort on my analysis in order to get a great score to be happy with.
Holistic learning:
The subjects that could be related to this quarter 2 assignment would be arts and biblical studies. In connection with art since we create a visual interpretation we should be creative in order to have a good looking product which is also graded for effort. My visual interpretation is a drawing therefore I need to be artistic. In connections with biblical studies bible taught us tons of life lessons, we also learn some life lessons from our passage through our visual interpretation. Relating to real life issues would be the connections that could be applied to real life as well as a life lesson.
From this subject I develop the key concept of connections. As I create my visual interpretation I tried to connect it to something we had learned, inspiration, and real life. From those aspects I could see that connections could develop to many ways. In developing the mastery of skills I develop social and thinking. In class we shared our visual interpretation therefore we collaborate with friends and understand each other visual interpretation passages and meaning. We should critically think to understand the elements and aspects of the visual interpretation. The attitude I develop would be creativity and appreciation. Since it is related with art lesson as I mentioned before, we develop our creativity as well. We also appreciate each of our friend’s artwork each meaning and passages as well. In developing all of this it connects to the AOI human ingenuity, because as we create our visual interpretation we tried to influence other people from its passages. So with creation of our own visual interpretation we influence other people for life lesson through the passages of the artwork.
In conclusion, this project is engaging and relevant. As we work on our visual interpretation we had fun in the end which gave us more enthusiasm to do this project. It is relevant to real life as I mentioned before through the passages that could be a life lesson.
